Especially in the lacquer process problems accour with the different lacquer systems, particularly with the initial adhesion of the lacquer or with colour/lacquer flaking in the radius area. 

RAUKANTEX paintable premium is the solution for this problems.

RAUKANTEX paintable premium made of ABS is provided with a special coating/primer (UVT) that improves lacquer adhesion to the surface. In addition, a special adhesion additive is added to the edgeband material in the ABS base material, which is exposed during post-processing. The result: the initial adhesion of the lacquer is guaranteed at all times, especially in the radius area.
